The Garret on the Green is located in one of the oldest buildings in the Historic Village of Clinton, a home originally built as a Unitarian church in 1821.
The Garret on the Green is a private upstairs apartment in a family home. You will have the entire floor to yourself and a separate entrance, but please note that this rental property is in a shared building.

$175/night weekend
$155/night week night
3 night minimum, cleaning fee $30
*Please note that there are small handful of high-demand weekends a year (including Hamilton College Graduation, Parents’ Weekend, and Baseball Hall of Fame Weekend) when pricing may vary.
Weekly discount rate: 20% off stays of a week or more
Monthly discount rate: 35% off stays of a month or more
