We’re part AirBnB, part funded artist residency, and part folk arts studio. We’ve been hosting kindred spirits for vacations, tour stops, funded residencies, and social art and music experiences since 2019.
In a world of optimization and growth-hacking, we think some things are better when they stay small and inefficient: like a single rental apartment with beautiful light, line-dried linen sheets, and curated local recommendations from hosts who grew up right here in the Mohawk Valley.
